Welcome to REPLAY Northampton. By visiting, accessing, or using our premises and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, guests, and customers. Please read them carefully.
1. General Admission
1.1 All guests must be at least 18 years of age to enter during late-night hours. Minors are welcome during family-friendly hours but must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
1.2 Minors must vacate the premises by 7:30 PM.
1.3 Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone deemed unfit, intoxicated, or behaving inappropriately.
2. Booking and Reservations
2.1 Reservations for private events or large groups must be made in advance.
2.2 A deposit may be required for group bookings, which is refundable only if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours prior to the booking time.
2.3 Any special arrangements (e.g., VIP seating, tailored services) must be agreed upon in writing and are subject to availability.
3. Code of Conduct
3.1 Respectful behavior toward staff, other customers, and property is mandatory. Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
3.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe use of arcade equipment. Damaged or misused equipment may incur repair costs payable by the responsible party.
3.3 Alcohol consumption is permitted but must adhere to local laws and licensing regulations.
4. Payment and Refunds
4.1 All prices for food, drinks, and games are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Payments can be made via cash, debit card, or credit card.
4.3 Refunds are not provided for unused game tokens or time unless technical issues arise that prevent the use of facilities.
5. Health and Safety
5.1 Customers must adhere to all posted safety rules and follow staff instructions.
5.2 REPLAY Northampton is not responsible for injuries caused by negligence or failure to follow safety guidelines.
5.3 In case of emergency, please follow staff directions to designated assembly points.
6. Personal Belongings
6.1 REPLAY Northampton does not accept responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items.
6.2 Lost and found items will be kept for 14 days before being disposed of.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 The REPLAY Northampton logo, branding, and content (including game setups) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
7.2 Any use, reproduction, or distribution of REPLAY Northampton materials without written permission is prohibited.
8. Liability
8.1 REPLAY Northampton is not liable for damages or losses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, accidents, power outages, or equipment failure.
8.2 Liability for damages caused intentionally or negligently by a guest will rest solely with that guest.
9. Changes to Terms
REPLAY Northampton reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of customers to review these terms regularly.
